All interior and exterior home maintenance and repairs included, along with lawn care and snow removal.

24 hour emergency response system.
Full time life enrichment coordinator and wellness programs.
Access to the lap pool, hot tub and fitness room in the Maple Crest main building as well as walking paths, garden areas and more on the MMH campus.
Optional amenities available at an additional cost: meals, transportation and personal laundry.
Priority admission to any of MHCO’s assisted living, rehab or long-term nursing care locations.
Up to 10 days of temporary nursing care at Mennonite Memorial Home provided at no cost, if needed.

Three nutritiously balanced meals a day.

Personal care including bathing & dressing assistance.
Maintenance of apartment and appliances.
Weekly laundering of bed linens, towels & personal items.

Mennonite Home Independent Living Villas

Spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas provide independent living in an active senior community, without the hassles of home ownership. Our age-in-place community concept provides peace of mind that the assistance or care that may be needed is available at a moment’s notice.

Mennonite Home Assisted Living Apartments

Studio and 1-bedroom assisted living apartments offer every convenience of home, with assistance available 24/7. Our “neighbor caring for neighbor” lifestyle promotes a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Mennonite Memorial Home Assisted Living is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging as an Assisted Living Waiver provider. Mennonite Memorial Home is not currently accepting individuals who are enrolling in the Medicaid Waiver program.

Transition to Home Rehabilitation

Recover from a surgery, illness or accident in one of our private rehab rooms. Our nursing and therapy teams work together to help you gain independence and return home quickly.

Long-Term & Memory Care
