MHCO Staff & Resident Booster Clinic

MHCO Staff and Residents are invited to participate in a COVID-19 Booster shot clinic to get their most up-to date booster shot.  This clinic will take place on Wednesday, June 22, in the Mennonite Home Health office (located in Dogwood Hall in Mennonite Memorial Home, down the ramp) from 2-3:30 pm.  Please complete a vaccination consent form and return it to your campuses’ front office ahead of time if you would like to participate.
