The difficult decision to cancel this year’s Concert on the Lawn on Sunday was recently made due to a continued increase in COVID-19 cases locally. While everyone was looking forward to this event, the commitment to our residents and families’ safety is always our priority.
As a service to our residents, the Mennonite Memorial Home will instead host a small private concert with the Hallelujah Saints Band and ice cream. Special thanks is given to Don Snyder Excavating, who was the main sponsor of this year’s concert. The continued support of the local community through difficult decisions has been appreciated, and we look forward to beginning to plan next year’s Concert on the Lawn.
