It has never been easier to enjoy the Independent Living lifestyle! Running through the end of May, here at Maple Crest Independent Living Apartments we are offering to help residents get moved in and settled.
Currently, Maple Crest has 1-bedroom apartments available. There are spacious living and dining areas, full kitchens with a range, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as plenty of cabinet and storage space. Some units feature turret windows, patios, or balconies. For larger family gatherings, Maple Crest has a Family Room, Living Room and Patio Room available.
Additional amenities exclusive to the Maple Crest campus include the pool, fitness center, beauty and barber shop, wood shop, fishing pond with pier and clubhouse, library and dining room. Utilities, one meal a day, and help with laundry and housekeeping are also included in the daily rate. Optional amenities include garages and additional meals.
Those eligible for the promotion will receive $2,500 to go towards moving expenses, including packing, loading, moving, unloading, unpacking and labor. (Your friends and relatives will thank you!) This will be paid by check or statement credit once move-in to your new unit is complete.
In addition, you’ll receive another $2,500 by check or statement credit after you have been with us for 30 days, to use as you choose help get you settled in – whether that be to get new furniture, help with closing costs on your home, meals at restaurants during the move, etc.
To be eligible for this promotion, the $1,500 Reservation Fee must be paid at the time the apartment is reserved. The apartment must be reserved between March 1st, 2022 and May 31st, 2022. Move-in or daily billing must begin within 30 days of apartment reservation.
