At Mennonite Memorial Home
Inside activities:
- Play games with residents on 3rd. floor
- Nail care salon weekly at 10:00 am or 2:00 pm
- Visit and sit with elders inside (or outside weather permitting in Sycamore garden, patio, etc.)
- Lead Worship Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm
- Help fold laundry (around 9:00 am)
- Pass out water (around 9:30 am & 2:30 pm)
Outside work:
- Help with Spring cleaning (power wash and other) & landscaping activities
At Willow Ridge
Inside activities:
- Read, reminisce and sit with elders
- Outdoor chats with residents
- Nail care salon weekly at 10:00 am or 2:00 pm
- Help serve breakfast meals on occasion (Call 419-358-1015 ext. 412)
- Play piano or other instrument for elders
Outside work:
- Help with Spring clean-up & landscaping activities
- Fill bird feeders weekly
At Hilty Home
Inside activities:
- Lead Bible study (Tuesday and/or Thursday at 10:30)
- Help take elders to appointments for internal clinics and haircuts
- Play piano and or other instrument for elders
Outside work:
- Help with Spring cleaning & landscaping activities
At Maple Crest
Inside activities:
- Lead games and discussions with residents (news bits and other)
- Bible Study Leader: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month in person at 3:00 pm:
- May, June, July
Outside work:
- Help with Spring cleaning (repair/clean chairs and other items) & landscaping support
- Support with indoor/outdoor resident events and activities (shopping and other)
